Creators Science- The Universal Model- The purpose of science is to describe and explain Nature so that we can understand and comprehend it, but where do we learn these things simply, in a way that makes sense? For many decades, a number of incorrect theories and misleading philosophies have formed the foundation of ‘modern’ science. Now, newly discovered scientific truths in the Universal Model have revealed long-hidden natural laws that explain Nature’s workings in an easily comprehensible format. We invite all to explore and experience the adventure of learning by investigating new discoveries about the Earth and our Universe found in the UM. These scientific truths establish a New Millennial Science destined to take us through the current millennium to heights of knowledge and discovery never before imagined.
Students will learn hands on, with prophetic/scriptural research. They will learn about the creation and how to analyze and develope questioning skills to enter the college science when needed.
Thursdays/12:45/Ages 10+ ( younger must have a parent)
 Leadership Training
Missionary Prep- Consider ways you one inspire the youth to act for themselves in preparing to be faithful and effective missionaries for the Lord. As directed by the Spirit, the instructor will tailor the lessons to the interests and needs of the youth. Making this classes exciting and edifying by ensuring that the youth have opportunities to interact with one another. The class members will be asked to share, teach, and testify about the experiences they have had applying what they learned during the previous week as they have studied the personal learning outlines. Follow up with any commitments the youth made during the previous class.  Students will be learning from the manual Preach My Gospel.
Wednesday/ 12:45/ Ages 10+
Communications-Â This is an incredibly fun and challenging class in which students will stretch themselves, face their fears, think deeply on important battle line issues in learning how to defend their faith, learn to persuasively speak their opinions, and use their skills to compete with one another.
In class students will gain thinking, speaking, skills and apply them to real life experiences youth may be personally experiencing . In this digital age of texts and social media, it seems like this skill of having a personal conversation about their beliefs is getting harder and lost more and more. Our kids need to know how to have a good conversation. It’s the most personal form of communication and a skill our kids still need. Our children need to know also how to stand for truth with God, and how to overcome fear and judgment.
Tuesdays/12:45/ Ages 10+
 American Sign Language –
What better way to prepare for the world than to learn a new language?
Language classes give students opportunities to prepare for religious service missions, careers, and to see into the culture of our brothers and sisters around the world! When someone you love can’t hear, ASL is a great way to communicate in a rich, meaningful way. It’s also the best way to develop awareness and sensitivity to the Deaf culture. Whether your student will teach a sibling ASL or communicate with a deaf friend or family member, they will be using a full-bodied form of communication that will enhance their relationship as it improves your mind and spirit. This new language can also help children as future missionaries, or if they work in a fast food restaurant, or as a cashier, they will eventually encounter someone who signs. Sign language is one of the easiest languages to learn. So many of the signs are commonplace gestures. Children pick up on the signs quickly and are eager to use them. The fact that it is easy helps encourage the learning.
